Returns

Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days of the purchase date. To qualify, all returned items must be in brand-new, unused condition, with original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Please ensure the item is free from any signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors.

Return Procedure

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your card issuer. We will notify you via email once your return has been finalized.

Exceptions

Please Note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Additionally, intimate apparel such as lingerie and items purchased as part of clearance promotions are also non-returnable due to hygiene and promotional restrictions.
